Second Homestudy Meeting Complete!

We just had our second home study meeting this afternoon. We had a really nice time again! Our social worker is so nice and easy-going! We talked about possible medical issues we may encounter in our daughter and she was so helpful and knowledgable in answering many of our questions about the severity, correctibility, and long term effects of some of these. We also talked about basic issues like coping with stress and culture/race issues. We also gave her a tour of the house! The boys were very excited to show her their rooms and show her the nursery which will become their sister's room! It was wonderful to discover that she is also a strong Christian and shares the same beliefs that we have! It was wonderful openly talking about God and our relationship with Christ! I know it was no accident that God placed her with us! She will be part of our "family" for the next year and I'm so glad she will get to share this journey with us!
