I have to admit my stomach was full of butterflies as I stood videotaping our pastor of our church get ready to pull the winning ticket. I was so excited! One very lucky person was going to be receiving a very awesome Apple IPAD!
Finally it was time.
Carson gave the bucket a few last shakes and twirls. Then it was time for Kolby to shake... or rather hit it on the ground. Finally Jeff gave a few more twirls. (This was on top of the boys shaking the box all the way to church!!)
It was time. Our executive pastor of our church, Chip Hackney, gave the tickets one last shuffle and reached in...
and pulled out...
our winner...
APRIL CHAMBERS!
God works in such amazing ways! April is actually in Korea right now bringing home her precious son! I have been following her adoption journey (Journey to Forever) and even though we have never met, she has supported us in our journey to bring Adelyn home. She is a well-deserving amazing woman. Congratulations April! I'm expecting you to use your IPAD to upload lots of pictures of your new little man!!
Thank you to the rest of you once again. Although you did not win our IPAD, you have all made a difference in bringing our sweet pea home. For that, we will be forever grateful!
LOL!!!!! This is so crazy!!! I really can't believe it! When I read your hints I thought "Surely not!" You've been such a blessing to us and I've prayed and prayed for you during your process. I'm SO ready for you to go get Adelyn! Bless you and your sweet family!
One Mommy. One Daddy. Two brothers. Four hearts who waited so long for our sister and daughter to come home. And now our wonderful family is finally complete!
