OK... our small delay is behind us and we are rolling once again! Praise God!
After contacting our local agency (FAC), they decided to Fed Ex the paperwork that we did have to our county courts on Tuesday with a note saying the remaining notarized paper that was missing would be sent later. So it officially went in the mail on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, FAC sent us an e-mail that the notarized paper we needed had come very quickly from Spence-Chapin and they had sent it on to the county courts.
So... as of right now, I am assuming our court papers have been received by our county courts and are waiting for a judge to sign them. Please continue praying that a judge signs it quickly and it doesn't sit on anyone's desk for long. Next step... send in I600!!! WHOO-HOOO!!
