The stalking has begun.
It has been exactly 2 weeks since USCIS received our I600 paperwork.
Although it is very early yet to expect approval, I am finding myself racing home and tearing the mailbox door open (quite forcefully) and then leafing through the mail like a speed reader... only looking for one very important letter... then sulking back into the house when its not there.
Most families are receiving approval in about 4 weeks, so realistically I am thinking we are to the halfway mark. 2 down. 2 to go.
But a girl can hope, right? I know of at least 2 families who received approval in 2 1/2 weeks, so its not out of the realm of possibility...
So... as much as Jeff might laugh at me, I will continue to race home and rip open the mailbox... until I finally get the letter I'm waiting for!
