Surprise Baby Shower!

Jeff got such a surprise at school a couple weeks ago! They tricked him and told him their was an assembly and when he walked in, all of his 7th and 8th graders surprised him with a baby shower for Adelyn! I know this meant so much to him! Even when he was telling me, there was that tell-tale sound of emotion in his voice. He is such a proud Daddy!

The best part? They got us the Ergo Baby Carrier we have been wanting so bad! I was so blown away by their generosity! I can't wait to carry Adelyn home in it! Her last progress report said she is used to being carrier on her foster Mom's back, so I know this carrier will be used a lot. It can carry babies and toddlers up to 40 pounds comfortably! You can carry them on your back, front and even hip! I think I will be probably cleaning the house with her on me!!

They also made the CUTEST diaper cake! It was absolutely adorable! Its still sitting in her nursery untouched- I just don't have the heart to take it apart yet! I just love it!
