First Delay

We have been told that you must be very flexible when adopting internationally... there are many things that can halt your progress. Well... I can't complain, we have been moving along very well and very smoothly. However, we hit our first minor roadbump.

When we received our approved homestudy last week, we discovered a few facts were listed incorrectly. Unfortunately, that meant the homestudy had to be corrected and re-signed by all of the social workers/supervisors and notarized again. This has delayed our sending it to customs by a couple weeks. Oh well... its all in God's timing, not my timing. I'm sure He had a reason for slowing down our progress. Perhaps it was to teach me patience! ha ha ha ha ha...

The good news is that we just received an e-mail that our corrected homestudy is in the mail and on its way to us! They even sent it Priority Mail so we should have it by tomorrow! Then we should have it in the mail Saturday on its way to customs! YEAH! Will keep you posted!
