Miss Mess!

Now that Adelyn has turned 1, it seems like overnight she has become very independent... especially with eating. No more baby food for this girl! She wants everything that we are eating. But I do have some baby food to still use up, so I've been trying every trick to get her to finish it. The other night, I pretended to eat it myself which then sparked her interest, but instead of letting me feed her, she grabbed the spoon and started trying to feed herself. As much as it pained me (because I knew the mess I was in for), I let her try to eat the container of peaches all by herself.

Oh yeah....

This is what I ended up with. I think she may have managed to get "some" of it in her mouth??
