On the Saturday before Halloween, we decided to visit a big corn maze at a farm about an hour away. The maze was 17 acres big! We let the boys "lead" the way and amazingly, we accidentally found our way to the exit within about 30 minutes. However, there was a bridge in the middle of the maze that we wanted to go on so we decided to go back into the maze and try to find this bridge. This time we got completely turned around and lost. We had to use my phone to pull up a map of the cornmaze to finally find our way to the bridge and exit! We exited about 45 minutes later!! But it was fun!
The farm also had a pumpkin patch that the kids had fun exploring. Although the kids already had pumpkins at home, it was still fun to see them wandering in the field of orange!
Adelyn also loved the petting zoo. There were many farm animals to pet and she was not shy about reaching her little hands out to touch them and then giggle. It was a fun family filled day!!
